How the 15-minute buffer works
Each visit reserves 45 minutes total: a 30-minute consultation plus a 15-minute buffer so your designer is never rushed between clients. A booked 10:00 AM visit therefore holds the room until 10:45 AM, which is why the times that overlap that window appear greyed out even though the consultation itself has ended.

Walk-ins are always welcome
A booked time slot does not mean you cannot visit. You are welcome to walk in during showroom hours — even if a sales rep is with another customer, other team members on the floor are available to help. Appointments simply help us plan ahead and give you the best experience.
